How does remote tuning work?
Remote tuning involves sending your vehicle’s calibration file to Nick@boostedsolutionsllc.com and i adjust settings and send optimized files back for installation. This what is is called a base tune.
What do I need before my session?
You’ll need your vehicle’s current calibration file, a compatible tuning device, and a stable internet connection for file transfer. You will need to have Any Desk installed on your computer. You will also need to complete the pre tune checklist and make sure everything is as mechanically sound as possible. We get it though some things aren't preventable!
How do I send my calibration file?
Simply email your calibration file to Nick@boostedsolutionsllc.com a few days prior to your scheduled tuning session.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for your convenience and security.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 7 days if you are unsatisfied and no tuning work has been completed on your file.
Is EFI software training available?
Yes, I offer comprehensive EFI software (ACES, HOLLEY,ETC.) training sessions designed to help you master tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
How many revisions are included?
When you purchase a remote tuning session, on top of the base tune and live tuning session, 5 revisions and 90 days of support are included in the package.
Will mechanical issues affect the price?
Simple quick things (fuel pressure, IAC adjustment etc.) are no issue and totally understandable that's just wrenching! Please hold off on booking a tuning session until everything is mechanically operable, at a certain point of doing diagnostics a fee for a diagnostic session will be applied.
